As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional candidate experiences and supporting our recruitment efforts. Your role and responsibilities *Offer Management: * Coordinate the distribution and tracking of job offers, ensuring timely and accurate communication with candidates. *Candidate Engagement: * Maintain open lines of communication with candidates, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates throughout the pre-start process. *Onboarding Preparation: * Collaborate with the Onboarding team to gather necessary information, documents, and equipment requirements from new hires before their start date. *New Hire Orientation Planning: * Assist in the development and coordination of onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, training programs, and team introductions. *Data Management: * Maintain up-to-date records of accepted offers, candidate communications, and new hire information in our applicant tracking system. *Process Improvement: * Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the post-offer process, leveraging technology and best practices to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction. *Regulatory Compliance: * Ensure adherence to employment regulations, company policies, and data privacy standards throughout the post-offer phase. *Feedback Collection: * Gather candidate feedback on their post-offer experience to inform continuous improvement efforts and enhance our employer value proposition. *Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Work closely with hiring managers, onboarding specialists, and other Talent Acquisition team members to ensure a cohesive and positive candidate experience. *Stakeholder Management: * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR partners, and other business leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
