Your Role And Responsibilities
- Execute monthly hiring expense payouts and ensure timely completion of related financial tasks.
- Process and manage vendor payouts accurately within set timelines.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manage agency-related documentation and updates.
- Handle and resolve employee and vendor queries effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Support process execution, maintain documentation, and assist in internal/external audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements throughout all processes.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in managing financial and operational data.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Process-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Prior experience in recruitment operations or finance coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for payout processing.
- Exposure to audit preparation and vendor management.
- Understanding of basic accounting and payroll concepts.
