Your Role And Responsibilities

Sales Enablement at Apptio is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales tools and programs. We are a highly collaborative team with a charter to improve the productivity and performance of the entire Apptio Global Sales organization (New Logo, Account Management, Presales, Sales Development, Channel, Strategic and Public Sector, as well as our Partners). In addition to supporting global programs, this role is based in EMEA and will work directly with sales leaders and sellers in our EMEA region to drive initiatives that support the seller productivity of this region. This role reports to Director, Global Sales Enablement.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in Enablement, Training, or SaaS sales
  • Have extensive knowledge of sales enablement methodologies and best practices
  • Have previous experience onboarding and training teams
  • Have excellent project management skills, knows how to create roadmaps, and drive tangible results
  • Care about motivating and helping people learn, improve, and succeed
  • Deep passion for sales and learning
  • Comfortable operating with limited oversight
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse audiences in different ways (email, meetings, presentations, etc.)
  • Be comfortable with a variety of work (no day is the same) and shifting priorities

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience working with/supporting Sales teams (preferably global) or experience in a sales role with a mindset of mentorship
  • Tech Savvy: Experience working with sales tools like Gong, Salesloft, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Seismic, Loopio, LMS, etc., a plus!
  • Experience in SaaS
  • Knowledge of Finance principles (FinOps, TBM, ITFM)
