Your Role And Responsibilities

Novel Quantum Devices: you would be responsible for helping to design, simulate, measure and interpret results for new quantum processors and associated components.

Preferred Education

Doctorate Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Masters in Physics or related field.
  • Experience laying out devices and simulating devices using electromagnetic and quantum physics.
  • Experience using and modifying software to control quantum devices.
  • Experience of using digital sources and digitizing hardware to control quantum devices.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • PhD in Physics or related field.
  • Superconducting device experience utilizing Josephson junctions.
  • Experience in loading microwave quantum devices in cryogenic systems.
  • Experience with superconducting surfaces and proximitized superconductors.
  • Experience with designing microwave circuits.
  • Experience with dilution fridges.
  • Knowledge of quantum error correction codes and the necessary hardware needed to run these codes.
