Your Role And Responsibilities

IBM CIO's mission is to create a productive environment for IBMers and continuously improve the work experience. Toolbox@IBM provides IBMers with a wide range of desktop and software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools that help with collaboration across IBM.

• 1. Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• 2. Translating product managers’ strategies to tasks for development
• 3. Learning the market and customers’ needs
• 4. Serving as a liaison between product and development
• 5. Staying accessible to development to answer questions

• Agile project management experience
• Knowledge of Jira for task management
• Knowledge of IBM’s SaaS operations requirements, for example, APM, PIMS, EAL, ITSS, GPAs
