Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience with Salesforce development, providing an opportunity to learn how business processes are implemented and optimized using the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for technology. You’ll work alongside experienced Salesforce professionals and contribute to real-world CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
• Participate in requirement analysis, documentation, and technical design sessions.
• Help with testing, debugging, and deploying changes across Salesforce environments.
• Learn and apply Salesforce development best practices under guidance from senior developers.
• Support administrative tasks including user management, reports, and dashboards.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (Java/C#/Python preferred).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Interest in learning Salesforce development and CRM technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Exposure to Salesforce through coursework, Trailhead, or personal projects.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Salesforce Trailhead badges or introductory certifications.
