We are seeking a highly skilled IBM Integration Support Lead to oversee and maintain our enterprise integration ecosystem. You will lead the support and optimization of critical middleware solutions built on IBM CP4i, ACE, and API Connect,Kafka ensuring seamless connectivity across AWS Cloud and on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for production issues, providing deep technical expertise in IBM Integration Bus (IIB), WebSphere Message Broker, and IBM ACE.
- DevOps & Automation: Lead the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for integration code deployments, ensuring automated testing and rapid release cycles.
- Platform Management: Maintain and monitor integration workloads within IBM CP4i (Cloud Pak for Integration) and AWS Cloud infrastructures.
- Incident & Problem Management: Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex integration flows, including DataPower gateways and API Connect policies.
- System Health: Utilize SIEM tools and native monitoring to ensure high availability, security compliance, and performance tuning of the integration layer.
- Collaboration: Partner with business teams to gather requirements for fixes, define scope for enhancements, and oversee testing approaches.
- Documentation: Create and maintain vital support artifacts, including implementation plans, on-call runbooks, and technical specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and cost while increasing the performance of ESQL, XSLT, and Java-based transformations.
- Be able to support Infrastructure activities including Issue analysis and resolution, manage deployment activities, perform automation tasks and migration activities.
