Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience Your role and responsibilities: • Provide L2/L3 support for iWorks-DMS application. • Techno-functional knowledge of the iWorks-DMS application. • Fix the incidents within SLA. • Readiness to work in regular or afternoon shift. • Interact with users to understand the issues and resolve them. • Fix the code to resolve issues permanently. • Maintain Known error database(KEDB) for the issues raised in the application • Raise tickets with OEM, coordinate with them and test the application fixes provided.
