About the role
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into delivery plans
- Define the delivery approach, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Manage a team of delivery professionals to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, content, and other digital assets
- Monitor and report on the progress of delivery, identify and resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, data, analytics, etc.) to ensure a seamless delivery process
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation of enhanced delivery methodologies
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a project/delivery management role, preferably in a marketing/digital agency or in-house marketing team
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and the various stages of campaign/content delivery
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to define and execute delivery plans
- Proficient in using project management tools and techniques to track progress and report on milestones
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with various teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of delivery professionals
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
