💼 Role Overview
We are looking for experienced IBM Jazz Engineers to own and manage the IBM ELM (Jazz) ALM platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in configuration, lifecycle management, governance, and integration across engineering tools.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage IBM ELM (Jazz) ALM platform
- Configure requirements, test modules, and work item modules
- Ensure end-to-end lifecycle traceability
- Manage baselines, versions, and configurations
- Define workflows, lifecycles, and governance frameworks
- Support requirements, test, and defect tracking processes
- Integrate ALM with other engineering tools
- Handle L2/L3 support and issue resolution
- Generate reports for audits and compliance
- Collaborate with architects, development, and QA teams
🛠 Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in IBM Jazz
- Experience with IBM ELM / ALM platform management
- Lifecycle management and configuration expertise
- Governance and workflow configuration
⭐ Desired Skills
- Advanced expertise in IBM Jazz customization
- Experience integrating ALM tools with DevOps/engineering ecosystem
- Strong troubleshooting and production support exposure
