As an Associate Application Consultant Intern, you will have the opportunity to join IBM and embark on a transformative journey, gaining invaluable experience and insights into the world of enterprise software and consulting. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation and support of IBM's suite of enterprise software solutions, working closely with our clients to understand their unique business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the implementation and configuration of IBM enterprise software solutions, including platforms like IBM Cloud, IBM Watson, and IBM Sterling Supply Chain Suite - Assist in conducting requirements gathering sessions, documenting functional and technical specifications, and translating client needs into tailored solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of deployed solutions - Develop a deep understanding of IBM's product portfolio and the competitive landscape - Continuously expand your technical and functional knowledge through training, self-learning, and hands-on experience Requirements: - Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and devise innovative solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams - Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or SQL - Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud computing, and/or IT consulting is preferred - Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting - Passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the success of IBM and our clients
