Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santacruz West, Mumbai for an IBDP Teacher specializing in Business Management. The teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering well-structured lesson plans, assessing and grading student work, and promoting interactive teaching and learning approaches. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, collaborating with colleagues for curriculum development, and participating in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lesson Planning and designing engaging educational content
• Strong foundational knowledge in Education and core principles of Business Management
• Proficient Communication and public speaking skills to inspire and guide students
• Experience in Teaching and Training, particularly within IBDP or equivalent programs
• Passion for education and the ability to foster a stimulating learning environment
• Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications in education is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
