Primary title: IB Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator Role & Responsibilities Lead day?to?day coordination of the IB Diploma Programme: manage timelines, IB registrations, exam entries and authorization compliance. Oversee curriculum alignment and planning: implement curriculum mapping, ensure coherence across DP subjects and maintain academic standards. Manage assessment processes: coordinate Internal Assessments (IAs), Extended Essays (EE), and coursework moderation; liaise with IB examiners and moderation systems. Maintain and administer ManageBac (or equivalent LMS) for student records, assessment tracking, report generation and IB submissions. Design and deliver targeted professional development and coaching for DP teachers; support subject teachers on assessment criteria and pedagogical best practices. Liaise with parents, students and university?admissions stakeholders; support university reference process and DP student academic guidance.
