Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site PYP Grade 4 Facilitator role based in Hyderabad. As a PYP Grade 4 Facilitator at TSRA, you will design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme framework.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing concept-driven and student-centered lessons
- Facilitating learning in Mathematics and English
- Encouraging critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity
- Assessing and documenting student progress
- Collaborating with colleagues to strengthen the PYP framework implementation
The ideal candidate will nurture students’ curiosity, foster a global outlook, and inspire lifelong learning.
Qualifications
- B.Ed (Mandatory)
- Specialization in Mathematics and English
- Minimum 3 years of IB PYP teaching experience
- Proficiency in IB Primary Years Programme methodology, curriculum planning, and implementation
- Demonstrated skills in inquiry-based teaching and fostering critical thinking
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management abilities
- Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to continuous professional growth
