Role Description
This is a remote, full-time position for an IB Partner! As an IB Partner, you will be instrumental in identifying and developing new client relationships, managing and cultivating affiliate networks, and working to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include onboarding new partners, delivering exceptional client support, monitoring partner performance, and implementing strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align strategies will also be a critical part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in financial services, client acquisition, or partner relationship management
- Familiarity with trading, financial markets, and investment platforms
- Proficiency in negotiating, business development, and strategizing for customer growth
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting performance targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
