Industry: K-12 International Education — International Baccalaureate (IB) sector delivering MYP and DP programmes across India. On-site teaching role focused on secondary mathematics instruction, assessment, and student outcomes within an inquiry-led, accredited IB environment. Role & Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned IB MYP and DP mathematics lessons that build conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. Design and administer formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate assessment records in ManageBac and the school LMS. Differentiate instruction and scaffold learning for mixed-ability classrooms, implementing targeted interventions to improve achievement. Guide and assess Internal Assessments (IAs) and support exam preparation for DP candidates to achieve strong external assessment outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum mapping, unit planning, and moderation to ensure continuity across grades and programme alignment. Communicate student progress to parents and guardians and participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events.
