Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a position in IB - Marketing, based in Chennai. The role involves conducting detailed market research, designing and implementing marketing strategies, liaising with the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer engagement. The professional will also be responsible for delivering seamless customer service to support business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Experience in Market Research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Background in Sales and Marketing Strategy to drive successful campaigns and achieve business targets.
- Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the electrical industry or similar industries is an added advantage.
