Role Description
This part-time remote role as an IB English Tutor involves teaching and mentoring students enrolled in International Baccalaureate (IB) English courses. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, providing personalized support, refining students' English language and literature skills, and preparing them for examinations. The tutor will also assess student performance and offer constructive feedback that aligns with the IB curriculum standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Online Tutoring, and one-on-one or group Tutoring
- Strong command of English Grammar and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to explain concepts and motivate students
- Familiarity with the IB curriculum and experience tutoring IB students is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field preferred
