Koncepts is an AI platform built native to international curricula. IB & IGCSE grade on criteria and command terms, not raw scores, and we build for exactly that. We are extending into the Diploma Programme and need experienced DP educators to own subject content and make sure our assessment reasons the way a real DP examiner does.
We are hiring across DP STEM subjects: Mathematics (AA and AI), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science. Apply for the subject you know deepest. Tell us which one in your application.
What you'll do
- Own content strategy for your DP subject: map the syllabus against our curriculum graph, topic by topic, including internal assessment.
- Align every asset to DP standards: assessment objectives, command terms, mark schemes, and the paper structures your subject actually uses.
- Author and proofread assessment items, mark schemes, and model feedback so grading reflects examiner judgment, not a guess.
- Pressure-test our adaptive assessment: review AI-generated tasks and grading, flag where they drift from DP intent, and tell us how to fix them.
- Feed subject-specific patterns back to the product team to sharpen how the engine reasons.
You are
- A current or former DP teacher or examiner in one of the STEM subjects above, IA moderation or examining experience a strong plus.
- Fluent in DP assessment, command terms, and mark schemes, and able to say precisely why an item or a mark is wrong.
- Rigorous on accuracy and proofreading.
Engagement: Fractional, project-based, hourly or monthly retainer. Scope and cadence set on a call.
