About the role
This role is ideal for fresh B.Tech graduates (2024/2025 pass-outs) passionate about teaching, mentoring, and coding. You will assist senior trainers in delivering live technical sessions, mentoring learners, and supporting coding labs. The role includes a sponsored M.Tech degree under the Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP).
The position is remote-friendly but requires frequent PAN-India travel for training deployments at client locations, offering exposure across industries and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior trainers in delivering live technical sessions and managing coding labs.
Provide real-time mentorship and technical support to learners.
Evaluate assignments, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and debug coding issues to strengthen learner concepts.
Create learning aids such as cheat sheets, FAQs, and guides.
Engage with learners to ensure high participation and successful outcomes.
Travel across India for training deployments.
