Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Product Owner to lead and manage IAM initiatives across enterprise applications and infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IAM concepts, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and access governance solutions.
The candidate will work closely with business teams, security architects, engineering teams, and operations to define IAM product strategy, prioritize requirements, and drive successful delivery of IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage IAM product roadmap, backlog, and delivery priorities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to identity and access management.
• Work closely with security, compliance, and engineering teams to implement IAM solutions.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IAM integrations and onboarding.
• Support implementation of SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning, and access governance solutions.
• Ensure IAM processes align with security policies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor IAM product performance, user adoption, and enhancement opportunities.
• Coordinate UAT, production releases, and post-production support activities.
Required Skills
• 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong IAM domain expertise.
• Experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in IAM projects.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts:
o Single Sign-On (SSO)
o Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
o Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
o User Provisioning & Deprovisioning
o Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
o Access Certification
• Experience with IAM tools such as:
o SailPoint
o Okta
o Azure AD / Entra ID
o CyberArk
o Saviynt
o Ping Identity
o ForgeRock
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Nice to Have
• Experience in cloud IAM environments.
• Exposure to Zero Trust security concepts.
• Knowledge of APIs and IAM integrations.
• Relevant IAM or Agile certifications.
