Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
IAM L3 Engineer with strong expertise in
RSA SecurID, RSA Authentication Manager, MFA, SSO, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Access Governance. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise IAM infrastructure, driving security initiatives, handling critical incidents, ensuring compliance, and delivering operational excellence across identity and access management platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, deep understanding of authentication technologies, and experience managing large-scale enterprise IAM environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access Management
- Implement, administer, and support RSA SecurID and RSA Authentication Manager environments.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including:
- User provisioning
- De-provisioning
- Access reviews
- Role-based access control
- Support RSA AFX environments and enterprise authentication services.
- Configure and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.
- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
Integration & Security
- Integrate IAM solutions with:
- Active Directory
- LDAP
- VPN Solutions
- Enterprise Applications
- APIs
- AWS and Azure Cloud Platforms
- HRMS Systems
- Configure Federation technologies including:
- SAML
- OAuth
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Support Zero Trust security initiatives and identity-based access controls.
Incident & Problem Management
- Handle complex IAM incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot:
- Authentication failures
- Token issues
- Account lockouts
- Identity synchronization issues
- Access provisioning failures
- Drive Major Incident Management activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders during critical incidents.
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and submit RCA reports within defined timelines.
Governance, Compliance & Audit
- Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and audit requirements.
- Support governance frameworks and regulatory audits.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance reports.
- Identify security risks and maintain risk registers with mitigation plans.
Change & Operations Management
- Perform RSA platform patching, upgrades, and health checks.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis before changes.
- Follow Change Management processes from initiation through closure.
- Ensure SLA adherence for all operational activities.
- Deliver monthly operational reports and management dashboards.
- Prepare quarterly capacity planning and technical reports.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Automate IAM operational tasks using PowerShell and Python where applicable.
- Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to automation and self-service initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
