Responsibilities
- Develop and configure connectors for target applications
- Implement role-based access, policy enforcement, and certification
logic
- Support reconciliation and identity data accuracy
- Maintain application metadata, access matrix, and technical
documentation
- Collaborate with automation and QA teams for UAT readiness and
validation
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance solutions
- Proficient in connector development, provisioning/de-provisioning flows,
and reconciliation
- Solid understanding of JMLR lifecycle, access policy enforcement, and
hierarchical approvals
- Strong testing and troubleshooting capabilities
