About the Role
We are looking for a motivated IAM Engineer with hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The candidate will be responsible for supporting IAM implementations, managing user access, integrating applications, and ensuring secure identity lifecycle management across enterprise systems.
The role requires working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth IAM operations and compliance with security policies. Initial training will be in Bangalore office and then deployed to client office location in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Manage user lifecycle management including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications.
- Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access governance controls.
- Integrate applications with IAM systems using standard protocols.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and access issues.
- Assist in role-based access control (RBAC) and access certification processes.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to user access management.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for IAM integrations.
- Maintain proper documentation for IAM processes and configurations.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Understanding of IAM concepts such as User Provisioning, Access Governance, RBAC, and Identity Lifecycle.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or LDAP.
- Experience with SSO, MFA, and identity federation.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory / Azure AD.
- Experience in application onboarding with IAM tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced client environment
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
