About the Company
We are looking for an IAM Consultant with 5 years of experience in Okta Administration, Access Governance, Reporting, and Documentation to support an Okta Dashboard Assessment and Optimization initiative.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Okta, capable of analyzing application access and governance models, generating reports, conducting stakeholder workshops, and producing high-quality documentation and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Assess Okta applications, groups, and access models.
- Perform access reviews, entitlement analysis, and governance reporting.
- Generate dashboards and reports for audit, compliance, and operational reviews.
- Conduct workshops with application owners and stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive documentation including assessments, recommendations, SOPs, governance processes, and implementation guides.
- Document current state, future state, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with internal Okta SMEs to implement approved changes.
