Job Overview
Kaizentrix Global Solutions is seeking an experienced IAM Compliance Analyst to manage end-to-end access review cycles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint and a strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
Key Responsibilities
- Access Review Management: Handle the end-to-end cycle for access review campaigns using SailPoint.
- Configuration: Configure access reviews in SailPoint based on compliance and application team requirements.
- Campaign Management: Prepare the SailPoint system for launching and managing campaigns.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for access review campaigns, communicating with managers and application owners.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely completion of access reviews by following up with designated reviewers.
- Collaboration: Partner with the IAM SailPoint and customer teams to resolve access review issues and ensure successful campaigns.
- Demonstrations: Conduct solution walkthroughs and capability demos in SailPoint as needed.
- Support & Testing: Provide configuration support and perform functional testing aligned with technical requirements.
- Documentation & Training: Prepare end-user guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conduct training for stakeholders.
- Change Management: Define, document, and implement change management processes for access reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years overall; MUST HAVE at least 3 years of direct IAM experience.
- Primary Skill: Expert-level knowledge of Access Reviews with IAM; proficiency in SailPoint is required.
- Secondary Skills: Azure AD, Active Directory, Office 365, REST Web Services, Database, LDAP.
- IGA Expertise: Understanding of IGA products (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, OIM) and modules such as JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and SoD (Segregation of Duties).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Documentation: Proven experience creating functional, design, and SOP documents.
