About the role

Key Responsibilities : Requirements Elicitation & Analysis : Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with business stakeholders across various pharmaceutical functions (e.g., R&D, Clinical Trials, Manufacturing, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs) to gather, analyze, validate, and document comprehensive business requirements. Process Optimization : Analyze current "as-is" business processes, identify inefficiencies, and define optimized "to-be" processes to improve operational effectiveness and compliance within the pharma value chain. Documentation & Specification : Create detailed and precise documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Use Cases, User Stories, process flows, and data models, ensuring clarity and traceability. Stakeholder Management : Effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, project managers, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project scope and deliverables. Solution Design Collaboration : Collaborate closely with technical architects and development teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with business requirements and regulatory standards specific to the pharmaceutical industry. Data Analysis & Reporting : Conduct data analysis to identify trends, derive insights, and support decision-making, potentially involving large datasets relevant to drug development, sales, or clinical data. Testing & UAT Support : Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team during testing phases, review test cases, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Compliance & Regulatory Understanding : Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMEA guidelines) and ensure all solutions adhere to these requirements. Change Management : Assist in change management activities, including training material development and user training, to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and
