We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems management. Responsibilities:
- Utilize ATS tool for recruitment processes.
- Perform the tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain HR records.
- Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the administration of HRIS platforms.
- Manage social media accounts for HR purposes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Support the administration and preparation of payroll and answering employee queries.
- Coordinate HR meetings and take meeting notes.
- Facilitate the offboarding process for departing employees, including IT offboarding, exit interviews
Skills:
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR software.
- Experience in social media management within an HR context is a plus.
- Understanding of human resources principles and practices.
