Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an I-9 Compliance and Onboarding Specialist. The responsibilities for this role include managing I-9 compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and overseeing the employee onboarding process. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, resolving compliance-related issues, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting the overall onboarding workflow to promote a seamless employee experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and implement compliance procedures effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and interacting with employees
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in HR or onboarding, with familiarity in navigating regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR management systems or onboarding software is a plus
