Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop Compensation Plans: Create and manage comprehensive compensation packages, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives. Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness programs. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements. Job Evaluation: Perform job evaluations to categorize and grade positions appropriately. Policy Development: Work closely with management to design and implement benefits plans and policies. Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with state and federal regulations. Employee Communication: Prepare and distribute informative materials to employees regarding benefits programs. Vendor Management: Collaborate with insurance brokers and benefits carriers to manage and resolve benefits-related issues. Data Analysis: Conduct and analyze market and trends surveys to benchmark the organization's benefits and compensation packages. Appraisal and Salary Increases: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and salary increase processes to ensure fair and equitable compensation adjustments. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including tax reporting and benefits administration.
