What You Will Bring
· Minimum 5-7 years’ progressive experience including risk analytics, quality assurance (QA sampling/reviews), policy/procedure development and review.
· Commercial credit underwriting and operations experience required.
· Project management experience preferred.
· Automotive finance experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related field/quantitative experience.
· Certified six sigma training/background preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel; PowerPoint.
· Strong statistics/analytics, strong data interpretation, and reporting.
