About the role

Roles and Responsibilities: - To contact inactive clients, understand their challenges and propose solutions to reactivate their accounts - Proactively engage with clients to understand their current business needs and propose new services/products accordingly - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service - Contribute to client engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns to drive client loyalty and growth Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, account management or client reactivation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
