HYROX - The World Series of Fitness Racing is a global sports event series, which was founded in Germany in 2017. In our current 24/25 season we have grown into a global movement spanning 5 continents.

HYROX365 is our gym partnership solution: a complete ecosystem for gyms and coaches to integrate HYROX into their businesses. It includes weekly training programming, educational support, marketing rights, and co-branding opportunities to help gyms build a strong and successful HYROX community.



DESCRIPTION

Our HYROX365 Team is looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager (m/f/d) to join our DACH team in Hamburg full time.

As Affiliation Manager for DACH, you’ll play a key role in growing our partner network and supporting our existing HYROX365 partners. Your main clients will be fitness studios, gym chains, and independent personal trainers. Your mission: show them how to successfully integrate HYROX into their business and build a strong, local HYROX community. This is a hybrid role combining elements of sales and customer success – from first contact to onboarding, activation, and retention.


You’ll work closely with the Senior European HYROX365 Affiliate Manager and the Global HYROX365 team. Your focus will be on converting inbound leads, developing market coverage strategies, and building a scalable retention system for our rapidly growing community of affiliates.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Strategy

  • Manage and convert inbound leads across all fitness business types – mainly focusing on individual gyms and SMB customers
  • Build and execute a strategy for outbound growth and full market coverage.
  • Upsell of additional HYROX365 products and services
  • Report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline progress to leadership.

Onboarding & Customer Service

  • Guide new partners through the full onboarding journey – from contract to go-live.
  • Ensure successful integration of HYROX365 into each gym’s daily operations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction, performance, and renewal.
  • Monitor IP compliance in the region in coordination with the legal team.

Community & Brand Building

  • Help create a vibrant DACH-wide affiliate community.
  • Support marketing initiatives to increase member acquisition and retention at affiliated gyms.
  • Be present at HYROX DACH events (approx. 7–9 per season) to engage with the community.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ year experience in B2B sales, customer success, or partnership management
  • Strong understanding of the fitness and gym industry in Germany
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and close deals in a consultative sales environment
  • Energetic and collaborative mindset with a proactive “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfortable using CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Google Drive, Excel)
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel across your region and attend events on weekends
  • You value in-person collaboration in our office-first environment
