Job Title: Head of Product Expereince: 8+ Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Job Type: Full-Time Must-Have Skills: - 8+ years as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in the fintech or payments domain - Strong knowledge of the UPI ecosystem, payment technologies and familiar with UPI Switch development - Technical background or experience working with development teams (understanding of APIs, payment gateways, etc.) - Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Good-to-Have Skills: - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in running sprints Key Performance Indicators: - Effective management of complex projects - Successful collaboration with multiple stakeholders - Contribution to the development of UPI ecosystem products About Company: It is a banking-as-a-payment platform that collaborates with brands and banks to enhance their business through payments, KYC, and digital transformation with financial solutions.
