Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive brand growth, client relationships, and global market expansion. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the luxury sector, jewellery industry, and HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clientele. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in global luxury markets. Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, collectors, and luxury connoisseurs. Collaborate with design, marketing, and retail teams to curate high- impact sales strategies. Represent the brand at exclusive events, exhibitions, and private showcases. Develop strategic partnerships with luxury retailers and galleries. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and sales performance to optimize business growth. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Luxury Management, or related field. Strong network within the luxury industry and experience working with HNI clientele. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel internationally for shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Passion for art, craftsmanship, and fine jewellery.
