Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs and deliver customized staffing solutions. Build and sustain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels. Stay informed on industry trends, and talent acquisition best practices to guide recruitment strategies and decisions.
