Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer with a strong growth and learning mindset, 2+ years of experience, and a passion for building modern web applications. You will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and optimizing customer-facing products that power onboarding and financial journeys across industries.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in frontend architecture, performance optimization, and creating seamless user experiences. You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure interfaces that impact millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Build and maintain component libraries that scale across multiple products.
• Deliver modern, responsive, and accessible web applications with Next.js, React, or related frameworks.
• Support cross-device responsive design.

Technical Excellence

• Ensure frontend security and compliance in handling sensitive PII data.
• Implement unit, and E2E testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

Performance & Optimization

• Drive production-level performance using Web Vitals

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ship seamless user journeys.
• Explore AI/LLM-enhanced UI/UX workflows and contribute effective prompting strategies.
• Contribute or learn from leading open-source frontend projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, Webpack
• Experience with component libraries (Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn).
• Knowledge of frontend security, testing strategies, and accessibility.
• Track record of shipping performant, optimized production applications.

Nice to Have

• Contributions to open-source frontend projects.
• Experience experimenting with AI agents in frontend workflows.
• Understanding of no-code platforms and their internal architecture.
