Network Field Technician

Hyperoptic is looking for a Network Field Technician to join our expanding team. As a Network Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Hyperoptic's full fibre broadband network. This includes working within customer premises, street cabinets, and other network infrastructure to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance of Hyperoptic's fibre optic network - Liaise with customers to arrange and complete installations and service visits - Carry out network testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues - Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times - Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies - Complete all necessary paperwork and job reports in a timely manner Required Skills and Experience: - Experience working in a similar network engineering or technician role - Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently - Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure - Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for network installation and maintenance - Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required - Full UK driving licence
