Summary

Contributing directly to projects that improve production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. Gain real‑world experience in a fast‑paced environment, working alongside seasoned engineers to solve challenges, implement process improvements, and see your contribution come to life on the production floor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in designing and improving manufacturing processes for new and existing products.

Support the development of tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance production efficiency.

Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality issues.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Quality, Operations, and Maintenance—to implement process changes.

Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update engineering processes and instructions

Contribute to safety audits and recommend ergonomic or process adjustments.

Education and/or Work Experience

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science & engineering, ceramics engineering, mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to learning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn other systems and technologies used in engineering and manufacturing,
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Comfortable working in a production environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
Eagerness to learn, adapt and contribute to meaningful projects.
