Job Title: Hyperion Lead Developer
Location: Hyderabad, India
Role Summary
We are seeking a Hyperion Lead Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions. This role will lead Hyperion implementations, enhancements, and production support while working closely with finance and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Hyperion applications (Planning, Essbase, HFM)
- Manage end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
- Build and optimize calculation scripts, business rules, and data integrations
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes
- Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure system stability
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and/or HFM
- Expertise in calculation scripts, business rules, and data management
- Experience with integrations (FDMEE, ODI, APIs)
- Solid understanding of financial planning and reporting processes
- Hands-on experience with SQL and scripting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting
- Exposure to automation and performance tuning
