About the role
HYPD aims to create a unique creator universe, where content becomes easily monetizable for creators. Having said that, the creator monetization team will play an important role in making decisions pertaining to the quality of creators & content that goes up on the platform.
The role would suit an ambitious character who will thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities will Include
· Actively screening & shortlisting suitable creators across all categories (Fashion, beauty, skincare, wellness, food, parenting and so on)
· Extensively handholding the creators to have a smooth journey with HYPD and educating them about the platform & its usage
· Research and curation of quality content ideas for various brands and creators.
· Excellent understanding of creative content and lifestyle videos.
· Relationship management and support for high profile and key creators.
· Active participation in supporting the marketing team with creative ideas and the right creator shortlisting
· Manage creator pipeline & relationships
· Keeping an eye out for ongoing trends, upcoming creators & what's hot in the content creation space
