The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.
Job Roles and Responsibility:
· If employee is authorized to discuss/conduct meeting with client, at the time of visit to Client, office, identity and authorization letter should be along with employee. Behaviour with client Should be polite and to the point only.
· Agenda & Strategy of discussion/ meeting should be prepared before conducting meeting/site visit/discussion.
· Minuets of meeting (MOM) should be submitted and get signed from client, if possible MOM is mandatory to submit to Suncon even if it is not singed by client.
· Any business opportunity creates from the existing client or their networking person, sub consultant, contractor, employee should inform to Suncon for further steps.
· Undertaking to any type of job search, contract, and piece work at his personal capacity will not be allowed to Suncon employee from client or any others.
· Any type of business opportunity, it should be informed to Suncon BD Team or Suncon CEO.
· Senior Design Manager (Project) is the senior post, so you need to focus on project management, tasks, milestones, deliverables, quality control, and assurance for the projects. So you need to study project requirements, contract agreements, and codes and implement them within the organization.
- · Communication: Internal and external communication play a vital role in the project's completion, so you need to prepare tasks to be delegated, letters, and emails, to be sent to the client for clarity of task completion.
Qualifications
- B.E./M.E. Civil or equivalent experience or relevant technical degree
- Strong organizational and communication skills
