About the role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive short term Recruiter/ Hiring Coordinator to support our team during a high-volume recruiting period. This is a four-month contract role with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and managing candidates across a range of roles, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys full-cycle recruiting. Key Responsibilities: Assist with full-cycle recruiting across assigned roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer support) Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other platforms Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate fit Maintain and update list of candidates Coordinate interview scheduling with internal teams and candidates Communicate professionally and promptly with all applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience Provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers on recruiting progress Assist with offer letters and pre-hire documentation as needed Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience recruiting in creative, tech, or entertainment sectors is a plus Work Environment: Role will be hybrid in Santa Monica Must be able to work during standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
