We’re hiring | Sales & Marketing Lead – HVLS Fans
This is not a “manage the pipeline” role.
No warm funnel. No inherited playbook. No daily instructions.
You define how we go to market, build the relationships, and own outcomes—end to end.
🎯 We’re looking for someone who:
→ Has built a market or territory from zero
→ Can point to numbers and say, “This moved because of me”
→ Sells technically credible solutions—not just products
→ Challenges assumptions and pushes back when needed
→ Is already doing more than their current role demands
⚙️ What matters
Strong understanding of HVLS fans / industrial ventilation
Relationships with EPCs, MEP consultants, facility managers, developers
Working knowledge of airflow, fan sizing, and energy efficiency
📍 Bommasandra, Bangalore
📅 7–12 years experience
🎓 Engineering / Business (MBA preferred)
