Job Description
The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The role ensures that all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, and ducted systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
• Repair compressors, motors, thermostats, and control systems.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports. • Follow company safety standards and operational procedures.
