Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including VRV, VRF, DX, Package AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Split AC, CSU, FCU, AHU, etc.
- Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and repairs to optimize system performance. •
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
- Execute technical tasks such as brazing, nitrogen testing, compressor and PCB replacements, fault troubleshooting.
- Work with refrigerants R410A, R32, R134, R407 following safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with technicians and contractors for installations or system upgrades.
- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
- Stay updated with latest HVAC technologies, trends, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- ITI / NCTVT / Diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or apprenticeship preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, electrical & refrigeration principles
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and teamwork skills
- Physically able to climb ladders, lift equipment, and work in confined spaces
- Good communication, documentation, and client interaction skills
Working Conditions
- On-site work across industrial and commercial sites/factories
- Travel between sites may be required
- Strict adherence to safety and environmental standards
