Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a HVAC Site Supervisor. The HVAC Site Supervisor will oversee HVAC system installations, manage site teams, and ensure project activities align with planned schedules. They will handle troubleshooting of systems, supervise preventive maintenance tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards on-site. The role also includes serving as the key contact for clients to address any operational concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills for managing teams and coordinating site activities
- Technical expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and operational methods
- Experience in diagnosing and Troubleshooting HVAC system issues
- Knowledge and experience with Preventive Maintenance processes
- Strong Customer Service orientation to handle client needs on-site effectively
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Previous experience in managing HVAC projects is strongly desired
