We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - HVAC & MEP to lead revenue generation, sales strategy, and client acquisition across HVAC and MEP segments. The role involves driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC & MEP business
· Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, real estate, and industrial sectors
· Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and clients
· Lead tendering, proposal submission, and contract negotiations
· Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
· Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for closures
· Track sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports
· Lead and mentor the sales team
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) / Business Administration
· 8+ years of experience in HVAC & MEP sales/business development
· Strong network in real estate, infrastructure, and EPC sectors
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closures
Key Skills
· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, chillers, ducting, ventilation) and MEP services
· Sales strategy and business development expertise
· Negotiation and closing skills
· Leadership and team management
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management
