Job Title: HVAC Sales Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound HVAC Sales Engineer to drive business growth by offering customized HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial projects. The role involves end-to-end sales responsibility, from lead generation to project closure.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects
- Understand client requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Perform basic heat load calculations and equipment selection
- Recommend suitable HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, Duct Units, AHU, etc.)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Manage complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
📊 Revenue Responsibility
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure high conversion rates
- Develop new clients while strengthening existing customer relationships
- Contribute to overall company revenue and profitability
🧠 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales (freshers/Juniors with strong fundamentals may be considered)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare estimates
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
💼 Preferred Experience
- Experience in commercial and industrial HVAC projects
- Familiarity with VRF, Chillers, AHU, and ventilation systems
- Exposure to leading HVAC brands such as Daikin, Carrier, Blue Star, Mitsubishi, etc.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and project sales cycle
