Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Sales Engineer based in Chennai. The HVAC Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing tailored HVAC solutions that cater to clients' requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering and design teams to provide optimized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design
- Proficiency in HVAC system operations and maintenance & repair processes
- Working knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for technical analysis and design
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and drive sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client inquiries and close deals
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in the MEP or HVAC industry is highly preferred
